We wanted to move out of Decatur but not too far, Mindy's knowledge of the nearby neighborhoods was excellent. After the first day of house hunting Mindy had an idea of what we wanted and fine tuned our search accordingly. She was very organized with our searches. She was always honest and forthright with all our negotiations. Thanks to Mindy we found a great house at a good price and sold our house for a good price.
