It was such a comfort having them both because they could identify potential issues in homes we saw that we would never have found until the inspection! Her experience proved extremely helpful every step of the way, from her knowledge of ATL neighborhoods, to calculating renovation costs of a property, helping us through the competitive house buying environment and knowing how to place an aggressive offer for a house. We had no idea how much Joe would bring to the table but found out quickly he also has a ton of experience under his belt with his own separate real estate business in Key West, Florida. Because of Mindy and Joseph's skills in writing the offer, we now have the house we bid on! Most importantly, they always gave us 110% of their attention and went above and beyond the average response. When we had a concern or question they were on top of the answer or did their research and got back to us immediately. Buying/selling a house is stressful under normal circumstances but add in a pandemic and an insane market and you’ve taken the transaction “excitement” to a new level. Mindy Carty is a real estate force of nature :) She is professional and driven; yet has true compassion for the client. Because of Mindy's knowledge of the real estate market, and her natural kindness, we were able to sell our home in Decatur with ease and confidence. With her support, we packed up and sold our home, which included my elder mother-in-law, 14 years of collectables, and pets. What felt like a colossal project became manageable and DOABLE with Mindy's assistance. And we were able to actually laugh A LOT together. I would recommend Mindy any day.
